1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 787ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://787ph.club ("Platform"). • One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) 787ph account. Duplicate accounts will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration and at any subsequent time. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in account suspension pending investigation or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the real-money features of the 787ph Platform, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as may be required for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and not disclose it to any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 787ph account balance upon confirmation of receipt. The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are published on the Platform's cashier page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. The Company aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 787ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform ("Content"), is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or to the dispute resolution procedures administered by PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time.
